The studio was founded by Kate Burns ten years ago. Since then we have worked with a wide range of industries and businesses both in South Australia, interstate and overseas.

Design is a complicated thing. Complicated because it's so hard to make it look easy and simple. If one thing is pulled out from under a lovely fully realized design, often the whole thing collapses. At Kate Burns Design we strive to create simple visual solutions for complicated ideas. It's all down to a good concept. It's never about style or prettiness. It's always about an idea, first. A hip, pretty, nice logo will fade but the clever, intelligent solution will be there forever.
