One of our founding clients, and also one of our most loyal. One of the only major financial institutions based in Adelaide. We were commissioned to design a brand and all associated work. This required extensive research to understand the clients of SymetryLimited and their position in the industry. The branding is simple, but suggests balance and stability. We then used the two 'y's to create a "quote" area allowing each member of staff to have a famous quote reflecting their values on their stationery, further highlighting the importance of people in their business. The brand also allowed for each of their many products to be 'branded' similarly and kept the consistency across the board. We felt very strongly that we needed imagery that would be modern and interesting, not stock that looked overly American and... stock! We became very good at sourcing interesting photography that would push the look of their publications and show them to be the modern intelligent company they were. The classic red black and white colouring helped to show up these photos whilst managing the printing budgets. 

The work you see below is but a small sample of the many dozens of books and hundreds of projects we worked on over the years. Everything from endless product books, annual reports and such, through to their entire web presence and an interactive dvd explaining their online systems. A client who truly understood the importance of consistency in the brand, it was a pleasure working with their talented staff.

They had a definite and unique take on the world of finance and the package we helped to create over the 6 years we worked together allowed them to be purchased by Commonwealth Bank.
